Deposit to be paid in advance before occupation. This will be interest free deposit refundable to nominee after 7 years in the event of death of occupant.

1. Single Occupancy per bed (attached bath) : Security Deposit : Rs. 2.0 Lakhs
2. Single Occupancy (non attached ) : Security Deposit : Rs. 1.50 Lakhs
3. Dormitary per bed Occupancy : Security deposit : Rs. 1.0 Lakhs

Monthly sustenance expense of Rs. 10,000 /- ( Rupees Ten Thousand only) approximately to be paid before 5th of very month. Sustenance expense may vary depending upon input costs for food and other services.
